Staff were classy, breakfast was not expensive, and location was decent. I liked to be here, everything was very comfortable nevertheless the bathroom I had was tight. They recommended a wonderful restaurant for dinner.

We loved the full English breakfast and the nice staff. Good sleep in a super bed, freshly renovated and freshly renovated room. Really handy location, best base for one night. The beach nearby was beautiful and the view was great. Everything was amazing and within 29 minutes' drive of Noi Bai International airport.

I had very pleasant days staying at this boutique style hotel. Very tranquil location, chearful staff, really soft bed. Extraordinary service, stylish restaurant on site. You could walk to the shops and a market. The food was so good, had plenty of options.

Fairly clean, absolutely perfect location, fabulous staff. The hotel was just close to Hanoi downtown. Staff recommended a restaurant, when I asked them to. In general the service was flawless too🙂
Wi-fi connection was slow tbh and there was too soft bed in my room.

Outstanding and very clean hotel in the best possible location. Bfast staff - PLEASANT ENOUGH! We stayed in the family room that was immaculate and with extremely comfortable bed. Free breakfast with pretty good food always served on time.
The water pressure was not great and it was inconvenient.
